Ticket Sales
1. Sales & Pricing
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD), plus applicable taxes and service fees, which are disclosed before checkout.

2. All Sales Final
Tickets are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued if the conference is cancelled or rescheduled and no reasonable alternative event date is provided.

3. Transferable
Tickets are fully transferable to another person up to 48 hours before the event through the official registration portal. Transfers must be for equal value. If a discounted ticket is transferred to someone who does not qualify for the discount, the difference must be paid before the transfer is completed.

4. Event Changes
The organizers reserve the right to change the speaker lineup, schedule, or venue. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Your tickets are being purchased from The British Columbia Cycling Coalition (the organizer).

Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.

All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.

You may optionally provide your mobile phone number at some points while using our site to receive text messages. We only send text messages for the specific purposes listed on the consent screen and never for marketing purposes. You can opt out of receiving all text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.
